The house itself rests within a 2.5-hectare olive grove at the gateway to the Minervois region, surrounded by 200 hectares of vines and close to a small river - which offers a pleasant retreat to relax or cool off during summer time.

An estate of 423 olive trees, in full operation, which will supply between 4 and 10 tonnes of olives depending on the year, which are harvested by hand and pressed at the L'OULIBO mill - a renowned olive-growing cooperative.
